All rooms feature a standard double bed with the possibility
to add a crib or a small bed.

Ari & Jo’s Room

Ari & Jo’s room is on the upper floor and has a wonderful view of the Valle dei Calanchi. It is about 30m2 and has a double bed, as well as a mezzanine for 2 single (or 1 double) sleeping places, generally used for children and very appreciated by them. The room has an ensuite bathroom. The room is informal and cheerful, warm with colour and lively with the many photographs on the walls to assure a delightful and ideal stay for a family with children.

Rudy’s Room

Rudy’s room is upstairs, it has a double bed and is about 25m2. It is next to Ari&Jo’s room but, although adjoining, the rooms offer total privacy, however they can be communicating for a large family or group of friends. A lovely view on the landscape and a staircase connecting to its own downstairs bathroom complete this room’s particular charm.

Francesca’s Room

Francesca’s room is about 30m2. It is upstairs on the second floor of the ‘casale’. The main feature is the incomparable view on the Valle dei Calanchi. It has a double bed and ensuite bathroom and the wonderful view of the garden can be enjoyed also lingering in the bathtub. The refined and elegantly understated décor of the room will add great comfort to an unforgettably stay in a typical Italian country house.

Cameretta

A cozy, charming room opening directly onto the garden. It is only 20m2 but it has its own private patio, from which to enjoy the garden and, in distance, the view of Civita di Bagnoregio. The room has a double bed and private bathroom. The atmosphere is warm and the elegant colour scheme renders the room particularly relaxing and agreeable.

Casettta

It is the home depandance, about 30m2 on the ground floor. It offers a unique solution, beautifully situated between the stone pool and a glass-covered patio, immersed in the lavish garden. It opens directly onto the garden through the small private patio. It has a double bed, a living room with single sofa bed, private bathroom, a tiny kitchen and a separate entrance to guarantee total privacy. From the patio you can admire the beauty of the Valle dei Calanchi and Civita di Bagnoregio.

We offer the possibility to rent the entire property which features 4 bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, a laundry room and other common areas.

Swimming pool and garden will also be reserved to the guests.

Max 8 guests, € 400/night

Minimum stay n.3 nights

Breakfast and daily cleaning NOT included but available upon request.

Cleaning fee of € 80 for cleaning/tidying up the common areas at the end of the stay.
